Vinyl Siding Cleaning
Dirt, grime and mildew accumulate on a home's vinyl siding. If not properly treated, these can cause expensive repairs for the homeowner. By using contractor grade cleansers and proper pressure washing techniques these unsightly contaminants can be removed without using excessive water pressure, which can cause damage.  Gutter exteriors are included at no extra cost in our house washing service, and will be hand brushed using a special cleanser and then rinsed with low pressure. Cleaning the gutter exteriors is included in our normal house washing service. However, some customers request having only their gutter exteriors cleaned. Having clean gutters increases the curb appeal of a home exponentially. This pressure washing service removes black streaks using contractor grade cleansers and good old fashioned elbow grease.
 

Brick & Stone Cleaning
Like vinyl, brick and stone also collect dirt, mold, and mildew and must be cleaned. Many people neglect brick because these contaminants aren’t as visible as they are on other surfaces, like vinyl.  In many cases, they collect worse on brick and stone as a result of their porous surface. Anderqual Handyman uses refined techniques to clean all types of brick ranging from basic red brick to delicate sand faced brick.
