If your bathroom has ceramic tile a good grout cleaning and possibly color sealing can provide a quick and affordable change to the appearance of any bathroom. Old tile can be removed and replaced as well. Maybe all your bathroom needs is a fresh coat of paint, a professional cleaning, and some new caulk. You would be surprised how clean grout and new caulking can make the room feel “revitalized”.

Another option is a complete tear out and starting over from scratch. Often this is the best method as you can now either change some layouts and address any problems in the ceiling, walls, or floor. You can replace your shower/tub valves and install new modern materials such and concrete board or moister resistant drywall. This gives you the strong foundation to build your dream bathroom that will last for years to come.
